Present in over 110 countries and territories and with over 35,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest student‐run organisation. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.

Leadership Opportunities:

The world needs leaders! In AIESEC, we see that the world needs leaders who are entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, socially responsible and active learners.

One of the best ways to develop what it takes to be a leader is to take up one of 10,000 leadership roles involved in running AIESEC, as well as trainings in soft skills and functional areas in over 470 conferences and thousands of activities each year. 

International Internships: 

Taking up an internship or professional international exchange is the most intense learning experience that AIESEC offers and links together our global network.

Each year, we provide over 10.000 AIESEC members the challenging opportunity to live and volunteer or work in a foreign country in areas of development, education management, technology.
